We stand behind our products 100% and we want you to love what you purchase from Coastal Farmhouse!   If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for most of our merchandise within 30 days from receipt of the product. We do not accept returns on SALE ITEMS.  Should your item(s) have a defect or damage, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping, and handling.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
  • Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.

How To Initiate A Return

Contact our Customer Service Team to initiate a return merchandise authorization (RMA). You are responsible for shipping the product back to us and we will credit your account within 48 hours  of receiving your returned package arriving to us, less a deduction for the price of outbound shipping. To ensure it arrives safely, we highly recommend you return the product via the shipping method/carrier we used to send it to you. You must initiate shipment within 10 days of receipt of the RMA#.  Please keep in mind that it may take 2-7 days for your package to arrive to us.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our us.

Cancellations

Once we receive your order we get to work on it right away. This means that once we’ve started processing your order, changes and cancellations are not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
